Rhythm Fit Kidz is a fun dance-based fitness class for all movers and groovers aged 5-7 years old.

We play fun dance based games to build confidence, practise focus, learn fab routines to help with cognitive development and there’s lots of wiggles and giggles to help with motor skills and fitness!

Rhythm Fit Street is a commercial dance based fitness programme for children ages 8-10 years.

The class focuses on fun and fitness as well as learning new moves to professionaly choreographed routines over a period of a few weeks.  This not only helps concentration, but reduces stress levels and improves your sense of well-being.  The classes are very social and our routines and games are great for confidence building.

Rhythm Fit Ignite is aimed at children aged 10+ and has it’s focus mainly in commercial choreography while maintaining a sense of fun.

The class begins with dance fitness moves to get warm ... and then we get down to business!  The class will learn some amazing commercial routines by our top choreographers including Rachel Bullen who has worked with many stars such as Craig David, Kylie Minogue, and Robbie Williams!

No dance experience necessary, if you like to move to music, this class is for you!
